TruView X-ray Inspection Systems

TruView was designed for non-invasive and in-house screening of components, PCB, and other devices. TruView systems are uniquely designed to meet the inspection requirements of standards IDEA-STD-1010-A, IDEA-ICE-3000, and AS5553. At a cost effective price point, TruView can inspect components in sealed tubes, trays, or reel-to-reel. Furthermore, TruView allows the verification of component die size, location, and wire bond pattern without costly or destructive decapsulation. TruView's powerful image processing and database software enables expedient and real-time determination of potential problems with the device under test.

Adrian Nishimoto Joins Creative Electron
San Marcos, CA, October 1, 2009 – Creative Electron, Inc. announced today that that Adrian Nishimoto has joined Creative Electron, Inc. (CEI) as Director of Manufacturing. Adrian will lead CEI's radiation detector assembly, custom electronics packaging, and rework business lines. This is an exciting addition to CEI. Adrian brings with him a wealth of design, fabrication, and manufacturing experience. He will be instrumental in keeping up with the growing demand for our radiation detector and electronics packaging services. Adrian's extensive experience in electronics packaging is further augmented by CEI's exclusive IP suite, which includes all of the patents and trade secrets acquired from Aguila Technologies. CEI's extensive IP portfolio ranges from innovative die-attach adhesives to exclusive reworkable packaging of CZT and CdTe detectors. Adrian also brings a wide range of capabilities including flip-chip bonding and rework, die-attach, X-ray inspection, and wire bonding.

Creative Electron Acquires Aguila Technologies’ Business Units
San Marcos, CA, November 10, 2008 – Creative Electron, Inc. announced today the acquisition of the Conductive Adhesive, Medical Imaging, and High Speed PCB business lines from Aguila Technologies. This acquisition will offer complimentary technologies and further enhance Creative Electron’s suite of products and services.
